Marea revitalized a 1925 French-style condominium in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood for one of her dearest friends. The 1,800-square-foot residence was transformed to balance livability and elegance, catering to the needs of a young family. Both the client and Marea grew up in Kentucky and  excitedly introduced Southern influences through the use of color and pattern, creating spaces that are both polished and inviting. The pink exterior influenced many of the interior hues, injected through soft touches and a beautiful floral wallcovering. Strategic storage solutions were implemented to maintain a clutter-free environment, while thoughtful touches, such as custom window treatments and refinished vintage furniture, added character and charm. The result is a timeless and sophisticated home that reflects the family's style and enhances their daily living experience.
